Passionate about Yoga and Fitness – I am a 200 hr qualified Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with a keen interest in fitness. Having spent most of the first part of my life working in media, I decided it was time to take the plunge, follow the dream and since then I have never looked back. I understand the struggle with fitting exercise in busy lives.
Why Yoga?
Warning… you might become addicted!
Practiced for thousands of years it increases strength and flexibility leaving you feeling more toned and mentally alert, more emotionally stable, physically energised and ‘present’ in your daily life.
To put it simply – Yoga makes you feel awesome, meaning you could find yourself wanting to go time and time again.
Why Exercise?
By staying fit and healthy you look good, you feel good and what’s not to love about that?!
Why Yoga and Exercise?
Improved memory, better posture, boosted confidence. You’ll de-stress, sleep better, have more energy, an increased immune system, you could live for longer but mostly, you’ll just be happier.
